These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") - separate from the Terms of Service, which cover the Harbor Discord bot itself. By browsing the Site, creating an account, submitting a review, or applying to the directory or sponsors program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use its features for their intended purpose: learning about Harbor, checking status, reading or leaving reviews, and applying to the server directory or sponsors program. You agree not to scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its backend functions.

2. Accounts

The Site offers sign-up via Discord, Google, or an email/name combination. Discord and Google sign-in rely on those providers' own authentication - Harbor never sees or stores your password for either. An email-based account is stored only on your device and isn't tied to a password at all. You're responsible for keeping access to the device and provider accounts you sign in with.

3. User Content

Reviews, directory listings, sponsor applications, and any other content you submit through the Site ("User Content") must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not be abusive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful. You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Harbor a license to display it on the Site as part of its ordinary function (e.g., showing your review on the Reviews page).

4. Moderation of Content

We may remove or decline to publish User Content - including reviews, directory applications, or sponsor applications - that violates these Terms or that we otherwise judge unsuitable for the Site, at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, and branding (including the Harbor name and logo) belong to Harbor and may not be copied or reused without permission, aside from normal browser caching and fair-use quotation.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services, including Discord and Google, and links to servers listed in the directory or sponsors program. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Status information, directory listings, and reviews reflect data available to us at the time and may not always be complete or current.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
