Is Harbor free?
Yes — Harbor is free, always and forever. Moderation and ER:LC logging are free for servers of any size, with no plans to put safety-related features behind a paywall.
Who made Harbor?
Harbor was founded by fadedxzz.
What permissions does Harbor need?
The setup wizard requests only what the features you enable require — for example, ban permissions are only needed if you turn on the ban command. You can review and adjust these any time in Discord's integration settings.
Where do I get my ER:LC server key?
Your ER:LC server owner can generate an API key from the in-game server settings, then set it with /server key set. It's only used to read server data, never to change anything in-game.
Does Harbor read message content?
Only what's needed for the features you turn on, like auto-moderation scanning. Nothing is sold or used to train anything outside of Harbor.
How do I remove Harbor?
Kick it from Server Settings → Integrations, like any other bot. Your logs and settings are kept for 30 days in case you reinstall, then deleted.
